Plantish terms of use

The short version

Plantish is a tool that gives you plant identifications and care tips. Use it as a helpful second opinion, not as the final word. By installing the app you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

What you get

• A free tier that does not expire: the daily allowance shown in the app, every day.
• An optional subscription for unlimited scanning, sold through Google Play or the App Store.
• No account, no email address, no ads.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed by the app store you bought them from and renew until you cancel. Cancel any time from your store account or from the link inside the app; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the store's own policy. Prices are shown in the app before you pay and may change for future periods with notice.

Accuracy

Plant identifications are AI estimates and can be wrong, even when the confidence shown is high. Care tips are general guidance. Never eat, or let a child or pet eat, a plant on the strength of an app identification; if a pet has eaten a plant you are unsure about, contact a vet.

Fair use

Do not try to reverse engineer, scrape, resell or automate the service, or use it to break any law. We may limit or block abusive usage to keep the service working for everyone.

Your content

Photos you scan are processed to give you an answer and are not stored by us. You must have the right to any photo you submit.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from its use or from relying on its results. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes and contact
